A Note on Curation

We prioritize highly immersive, visually cohesive booth presentations that align with our dark romantic and alternative luxury aesthetic. Because space is strictly limited, our curation team heavily utilizes your digital presence to vet your brand. Please ensure the website or Instagram portfolio link you provide below prominently features high-quality images of your current products and examples of past market setups.

By submitting this application, you acknowledge and agree that the Stardust & Sage Faire is an entirely outdoor evening event with no electrical power provided by the venue. Selected artisans are strictly required to supply their own quiet, portable power sources or inversion generators if their presentation requires illumination or power.

Important Performance Logistics: Please note that while the Stardust & Sage Faire provides a designated stage area and a basic, standard PA system setup, any specialized performance gear, instrument amplifiers, specific lighting, or high-draw equipment must be supplied entirely by the performer. Because this is an outdoor evening event, any additional power requirements beyond our basic setup must be accommodated using your own quiet, portable power sources or inversion generators.

Every great story begins with a shared dream. For Cori and Khy—the founders of Moonbrew & Embers and the creators of the Stardust & Sage Faire—that dream was to build a sanctuary for the curious, the mystical, and the beautifully unconventional.

As a queer couple and female-owned business, they built Moonbrew & Embers as a physical refuge where metaphysics, community, and acceptance intertwine.

 

The Stardust & Sage Faire is the natural expansion of that heartbeat—an immersive, Old World evening marketplace designed to bring our community together under the stars.
